Salad- Jicama, tomatoes, cucumber, pumpkin seeds organic spinach cilantro.
Appetizer- Roasted curry cauliflower
Main- Jamaican jerk jackfruit tacos with fixings
Dessert- Superfood Fudge (sold in 13 stores throughout Chicago!), carrot ginger banana muffins, double chocolate zucchini muffins (all sweets are vegan, gluten-free, no sugar added).
