Community Dining focuses on sourcing from regenerative farms, whose aim is “restoring degraded soils using management practices (e.g., adaptive grazing, no-till planting, no or limited use of pesticides and synthetic fertilizer, etc.) based on ecological principles.” Here is a list of some of the farms we use, which you can also support by ordering from them directly.
